Almindelig Kantarel (Cantharellus cibarius) er en almindeligt forekommende svamp i Europa. <\/p>\n

Beskrivelse<\/h2>\n

Svampehatten vokser frem i halvkugleform, men f\u00e5r hurtigt den karakteristiske, tragtform med b\u00f8lget rand og en diameteren p\u00e5 op til 10 cm.<\/p>\n

Lamellerne er gaffeltdelte og l\u00f8ber langt ned ad stokken. Overgangen mellem hat og stok er uskarp.<\/p>\n

Almindelig kantarel er mycorrhizadanner<\/a> med mange tr\u00e6arter. <\/p>\n

Den vokser i skov sammen med b\u00f8g, eg, birk og p\u00e5 heden, hvis der st\u00e5r fyrretr\u00e6er i n\u00e6rheden. <\/p>\n

Svampek\u00f8det er \u00e6ggegult og fast med en skarp smag, som dog forsvinder ved tilberedning. Dufter svagt af t\u00f8rrede abrikoser.
