Langakset pragtsk\u00e6r (Liatris spicata) \u2013 som ofte kaldes “Lampepudser” \u2013 er en staude med en opret v\u00e6kst, gr\u00e6sagtige blade og en cylindrisk stand af rosenr\u00f8de (eller sj\u00e6ldnere: hvide) blomster. <\/p>\n

Arten og sorter af den dyrkes i haver og parker p\u00e5 grund af h\u00e5rdf\u00f8rhed, t\u00f8rket\u00e5lsomhed og blomstring. Blomsterne er meget s\u00f8gt af bier og andre nektar\u00e6dende insekter.<\/p>\n

Beskrivelse<\/h2>\n

Langakset pragtsk\u00e6r er en fler\u00e5rig, urteagtig plante med en stiv, opret v\u00e6kst. St\u00e6nglen er ofte uforgrenet eller i givet fald forgrenet helt fra bunden. <\/p>\n

Den er h\u00e5rl\u00f8s og glat at f\u00f8le p\u00e5. Bladene sidder spredt, og de er gr\u00e6sagtigt linjeformede med hel rand. <\/p>\n

Begge bladsider er h\u00e5rl\u00f8se og lysegr\u00f8nne. <\/p>\n

Blomstringen foreg\u00e5r i sensommeren (juli-august), og den best\u00e5r af endestillede, akslignende stande, som er sammensat af sm\u00e5 blomsterstande, der igen er sammensat af 4-14 sm\u00e5 kurveblomster. <\/p>\n

De enkelte blomster er r\u00f8rformede med purpurfarvede kronblade. Hvide blomster forekommer dog ogs\u00e5 i naturen. Frugterne er n\u00f8dder med fnok<\/a>.<\/p>\n
