Det hvide C (Polygonia c-album) er en sommerfugl i takvingefamilien. Det hvide C holder til ved eller i skove, hvor humle eller stor n\u00e6lde vokser. <\/p>\n

Den kan dog sagtens tr\u00e6ffes andre steder ogs\u00e5, da den flyver meget omkring.<\/p>\n

Udbredelse<\/h2>\n

Det hvide C er vidt udbredt i Europa, i bjergene i Nordvestafrika samt gennem den tempererede del af Asien til Japan.<\/p>\n

Arten er som regel sj\u00e6lden i Danmark, men findes nogle \u00e5r i st\u00f8rre tal, is\u00e6r i den \u00f8stlige del af landet.<\/p>\n

I det \u00f8vrige Norden er den almindelig, fx i Sveriges n\u00e5leskove.<\/p>\n
