Engrand\u00f8je (Aphantopus hyperanthus) er en sommerfugl i takvingefamilien. Arten er udbredt i Norden, Storbritannien og Mellemeuropa og videre \u00f8stover i den tempererede del af Asien. <\/p>\n

Den er i Danmark en almindeligt forekommende dagsommerfugl. Engrand\u00f8je findes p\u00e5 fugtige gr\u00e6skl\u00e6dte omr\u00e5der, og flyver fra slutningen af juli til midt i august.<\/p>\n

Udseende<\/h2>\n

De fleste engrand\u00f8jer er m\u00f8rke p\u00e5 oversiden med temmelig utydelige \u00f8jepletter. Hunner har normalt tydeligst, flest og st\u00f8rst \u00f8jepletter p\u00e5 oversiden, mens hannerne har en tydelig sort plet af duftsk\u00e6l p\u00e5 oversiden af forvingen. <\/p>\n

P\u00e5 den ensfarvet brune underside findes derimod hos begge k\u00f8n tydelige \u00f8jepletter med gul ring omkring og uden orange forvinger, hvilket adskiller arten fra gr\u00e6srand\u00f8je.<\/p>\n
