Aalborg Forsyning vil have staten til at betale for drikkevand uden nitrat fra landbrugets g\u00f8dning. Derfor har forsyningsselskabet st\u00e6vnet staten for 1,1 milliard kroner<\/p>\n

Staten har i mere end 30 \u00e5r kendt til den voksende nitratforurening i Aalborg kommune, men har alligevel undladt at opfylde EU\u2019s nitratdirektiv, selvom det kunne have reddet drikkevandet for kommunens borgere. <\/p>\n

De st\u00e5r nu overfor en k\u00e6mperegning til vandrensning, som det b\u00f8r v\u00e6re staten og ikke borgerne, der betaler. Det mener Aalborg Vand A\/S, som har udtaget en st\u00e6vning mod staten med krav om betaling af 1.095.000.000 kroner med procesrente fra sagens anl\u00e6g til betaling sker.<\/p>\n
