Spr\u00f8jtegifte markedsf\u00f8res i landbrugsmedierne i strid med EU-lovgivningen, men milj\u00f8myndighederne griber ikke ind. De \u201dvejleder\u201d blot, s\u00e5 kemikoncernen forts\u00e6tter med de ulovlige annoncer. Landbrugsmediernes ansvarshavende redakt\u00f8r beklager og lover bedre kontrol med annoncerne i fremtiden<\/p>\n

Sidste \u00e5r i september modtog den tyske kemiproducent BASF en klar p\u00e5tale for en ulovligt udformet annonce for spr\u00f8jtegiften Focus Ultra, der mist\u00e6nkes<\/a> for at kunne skade det uf\u00f8dte barn. Tilsynsmyndigheden fremsendte desuden en udf\u00f8rlig vejledning i korrekt udformning af annoncer for spr\u00f8jtegifte, men BASF gentog alligevel 17. januar i \u00e5r den ulovlige markedsf\u00f8ring. Kemikoncernen modtog derefter en indsk\u00e6rpelse af reglerne 27. januar, hvor der ogs\u00e5 blev truet med en politisag.<\/p>\n

Alligevel fortsatte kemikoncernen annonceringen med endnu en ulovlig reklame 16. februar. Den er nu indberettet til milj\u00f8myndighederne, hvor den er under behandling.<\/p>\n
